High Resolution GC Model 1100

The Mayura Analytical GC Model 1100 has a proven record in High Temperature and High Resolution chromatography. Our equipment have been successful in resolving trace impurities in ENA (Extra Neutral Alcohol-Whiskey base), perfumery compounds from natural extracts, chemical process monitoring, traces in pharmaceutical formulations (organic volatile impurities or OVI), petrochemical products and much more. Our installations at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Indian Institute of Science (IISc) stand testament to our analytical expertise in these forms of analyses. Capillary GCs with two simultaneous analyses with independent result compilation is the most cost effective for essential oil analysis. This GC can be used with the Head Space Auto Sampler (HSA) and High Purity Gas Generators (Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Zero Air).

Sample applications:

Our Gas Chromatographs are regularly used for Volatile Organic Impurities analysis in formulations and bulk drug, which are export mandatory in Pharmaceuticals. This is also known as Residual Solvent Analysis for which our Gas Chromatograph Model 1100 is used in configuration with our Head Space Auto Sampler (HSA) and our High Purity Gas Generators (Hydrogen, Nitrogen and Zero Air)

In the Beverage industry, our Gas Chromatograph Model 1100 is used by large distilleries to perform product evaluation and to conduct quality assurance of alcohol. Liquor analysis to ensure the quality of ethanol is performed to determine impurities as low as 10 PPM.
